About Us A message from our President: Hi, My name is David Sickler, and I am the CEO of SIBR Management. In 2004 I helped run a very successful mortgage business in Salinas, CA. I enjoyed helping our clients Save Money, Invest for Retirement, and Build Wealth, so that you can Retire with dignity. We helped our clients achieve what only 5% of American's ever obtain: Financial Security. And so the name TeamSIBR began as our team name. Unfortunately there was one problem. Only 33% of prospective home buyers can qualify for the tough mortgage company guidelines that are used to approve loans. This means that 66% of prospective home buyers can’t qualify for a home loan. And so I began SIBR Management, LLC as a way to help today’s Americans that want to enjoy the American Dream of owning a home. As a company we strive to help individuals in need. We first help home owners that are in financial difficulty. In many cases, the homes we buy are from individuals that are in pre-foreclosure, have a vacant home, or just need to sell fast for what ever reason. In many cases, these homes are in prime condition and do not need any kind of rehabilitation. In some cases they do. We buy these homes from people in need who can’t afford to continue owning the home. We then prepare them for home ownership and sell them to needy home buyers through are Home Ownership Program. Through this program we sell the homes to individuals that can afford the payments, but just can’t qualify for a bank loan. I know exactly how they feel, since I too was once turned down from a bank loan due to an inability to document my income. In addition we also sell homes through conventional programs and we offer Lease with option to buy programs as well. In addition to our company mission, we have affiliates that help us create a one stop shop for all your needs. We have professional real estate agents that are experts in foreclosure and short sales. We have contractors that have years of experience in construction and rehabbing. We also have a partnership with a Real Estate University for those that want to learn how to invest in real estate. Today we are making a difference in our local market and we are making a difference in how people buy homes.
