Our President: David Sickler – Real Estate Investor
In 2004 David helped run a successful mortgage business. Today at the age of 25 years old, he is the president of SIBR Management, LLC. David helped start the company in August of 2006 after he noticed that too many prospective buyers were unable to qualify for a normal bank loan. Today he still meets with clients personally to help sellers and buyers in need.
Our Vice President: Miriam Sickler – Real Estate Agent
Behind every successful man is a successful woman. Miriam is not only our Vice President, but she is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent. After seeing the need for a licensed professional on our team, she stepped up to the challenge and quickly acquired her license. She is now in charge of our retail sells division that specializes in working with short sales.
Our Construction Manager: Benjamin Chico – Licensed Contractor
When the going gets tough, our contractor gets tougher. Ben Chico is the head of our Construction and Remodeling division. As a licensed contractor, she is able to give us the valuable insight we need when facing even the toughest of remodeling and construction jobs. |
